Konnyaku Jelly that is rich in fiber
Konnyaku jelly
powder was made from konjac which believes to be rich in fiber. Today, I
brought in ingredients to make the konnyaku jelly with the children.
Before we moved in
to the process of doing it, these are the ingredients that I have prepared:-

konnyaku jelly powder
-
a tin of longan in sweet
syrup
-
some water to make up till
1 litre
Then we all moved
to the dining area on the 2nd floor to start with it. The children
were excited to know that we are going to make jelly. I brought in some
interesting mould for them to place the jelly in.
While I’m
cooking the konnyaku jelly powder in the boiling water, the children helped to
place one longan in each of the mould.
Once the mixture is done, I
get some of the children to pour in the konnyaku jelly mixture into the mould.
All the jelly was placed into
the refrigerator and we shall eat it the next day.
