Discussion about the Taste Week Activity

Before going into details about the activity that we were going to do this week, I went through some simple facts about fruits with the children – apples, oranges and pineapples.

Then we had a short discussion about the activity that we were going to carry out this week. I had distributed the scheduled to each of the children. Hopefully they could go home and had some discussion with their parents about the food to bring according to the theme of the day.

The children got excited to start off with “sweet day” the next day. They started to tell each other what are the things that they are going to bring.

I hope through this activity, the children could explore the taste of food around them.
