Book Sharing –
Colour Dance by Ann Jonas
Before moving in to
our activity today, I shared an interesting book with the children today. It is
called Colour Dance. In this book, it introduces the primary colour – red,
yellow and blue. With these 3 colours, the children can actually make it into
all kinds of different shades of colours.
After reading the
book, I brought in 3 primary water colour – red, yellow and blue. With these 3
colours, I demonstrated how we could paint a rainbow. The arrangement of the
colours of the rainbow is: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet.
