more about Flour
The children
somehow knew that flour can make into many kinds of food such as cake, bread,
cookies etc. However, they didn’t know the process of wheat to
flour. Then I asked if they know anything about the rice that we eat. They have
no idea as well.
When I was drawing a picture
of a paddy on the board, Yee Hin started to share about his trip to Sekinchan
(there are paddy field there).
Then I showed the children of
a short video about how the farmer plant the paddy and harvest it.

might cook a pancake with using flour and some other simple ingredients if the
time is allowed tomorrow.
